Vendor Information

As we will be entering our fourth season in 2026, we will offer 35 vendor spots. Thirty are located inside the Barn and five are outside. The 2026 fees will be announced in February 2026.

Here are some basic details:

  • The Bazaar is one Sunday of each month (May thru November).

    • May 24, June 28, July 26, August 23, September 27, October 25, November 15

  • We only accept vendors with hand-crafted items. Therefore, we do not allow multi-level marketing type companies.

  • Most spaces will be 6’ x 8’, and some areas will have tables provided. All of the spaces are assigned for all events.

  • The hours will be 10:30 to 3:30


  • We will publicize the event through our Barn on the Hill website, social media, signage, and various platforms that cater to the Buckeye Lake/Thornville area.


  • The market will be free to customers.


  • We will also rely on our vendors to communicate the message to their audience. 


  • Parking is free and convenient for customers to the Barn.


  • We have a concession stand located inside the Barn. 


  • Vendors can set up starting at 8 a.m. on the morning of the event.


  • All vendors will be required to donate an item for a raffle. The raffle is a way of promoting the event on social media.

We have seen amazing growth the last two years and very positive community feedback. We look forward to continued growth for 2025.
